I’m sure we all have those moments (well in my case it’s all the time) when our hair is super frizzy and it seems like absolutely nothing can tame it! Luckily there are little bottles of “LOVE” from my favourite brand Davines and they seem to solve my world’s problems!

Both shampoo and conditioner moisturizes and nourishes deep down, leaving hair smooth, silky and shiny. What I love most about the Davines brand in general is that all their ingredients are natural and cruelty free. I wont use any product that supports abuse to animals and I truly hope the beauty industry will catch a wake up call and ban all products that test on animals! The smell of ALL Davines products are fresh and beautiful. With the LOVE shampoo and conditioner, you can expect to find Indian fig extracts which give a moisturizing action, olive amphoacetate- a gentle cleansing agent, olive peg – an emollient agent and rice proteins which protect the hair.
The LOVE shampoo really does wonders to moisturize and nourish hair. I purchased this shampoo and conditioner from Langaro Lifestyle Centre in Camps Bay, Cape Town. I always wonder when you buy a product if it does what it says it is going to do on the bottle. My hair always needs some extra TLC due to lots of coloring and I was not disappointed with the outcome of my first wash with both the shampoo and conditioner.
The conditioner comes in a tub and it makes my hair extra shiny and smooth and did I mention I never have to worry about frizzy hair? The one thing I will say however is that you have to use both the shampoo and the conditioner in order for your hair to remain frizz free. I once ran out of the conditioner and used a different brand and the outcome wasn’t the same.
I have finally found both a shampoo and conditioner that works on my hair beautifully and saves me so much time in the morning because I don’t have to sit for an hour flat ironing my hair. I also love that the bottles are pink which is my favourite colour and makes me think of “LOVE”.
