Please be informed that we will implement a 6% to 10% price increase on most of the services and treatments offered on menu effective from 1 April 2018. Firstly, this increase is partly due to the 1% increase in VAT announced in the 2018 Budget Review. Secondly its to accommodate supplier increases from the various product houses and vendors which we work with to provide the guest amenities and services that you have come to expect from our brand.
Current summer stock in our fashion boutique will not be affected by this increase. New pricing will only be implemented when winter stock drops end April.
We strive to maintain the high quality of services offered and we will not settle to stock low-end products and suppliers to keep pricing below minimum. This, we feel will in turn jeopardise the quality of the service delivery to you, our valued clients.
We continue to make every attempt to absorb as much of the increased costs as possible to maintain competitive and fair pricing across the board.
